Rates:
- Rates range from $95 to $125 (double occupancy), depending on the day of week, and time of year.
- $10 for each additional person in room.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, the rate is guaranteed.
- Please remember state tax must be added.
- Call for weekly and long-term rates.
- Open April through December.
Policies:
- Check in is 3:00-7:00 p.m.
- Our office closes at 7:00 p.m. so late check-ins must be arranged in advance.
- You are responsible for your entire confirmed stay.
- No refunds for early departures or inclement weather.
- Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.
- Smoking on outside decks only.
Payments and Cancellations:
- Deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at time of reservation, plus applicable taxes.
- Your balance is due upon arrival.
- A credit card will confirm your reservation. VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Just give us a call with the dates of your stay and the number in your party. Personal checks are accepted if received two weeks prior to arrival.
- If you cant keep your date, please call us 72 hours in advance of your stay. If you cancel less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged for one night’s stay. Major holidays require a 7-day notice of cancellation. We are sorry, but we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policies.
